PAUL SCHOENFIELD
Paul Schoenfield (1947-2024), known for combining popular and folk music, was an American classical composer. To conclude this concert, we will perform the first movement of his trio “Café Jazz”. As Louis Armstrong said, “Jazz has no barriers. It can be heard and played anywhere”. Besides, the first chord of this work is also the first chord Brahms’ trio nº3, do you think your ears will remember it?
